With a passion for sports and community, Jeremy has made significant strides in the industry, combining his love for soccer, food and customer service skills with his business acumen.
Jeremy holds a Class D soccer coaching license, demonstrating his dedication and expertise in the sport. Outside of his professional endeavors, Jeremy is an avid collector of sports memorabilia, an enthusiastic gamer, and a dedicated animal lover. He cherishes quality time with his wife and daughter, who are the heart of his world. Whether he’s cheering on his favorite Philadelphia sports teams, immersed in the latest video game, or spending time with his beloved pets, Jeremy’s vibrant personality and diverse interests make him a well-rounded individual and a valued member of his community.
Cody Revel

Cody Revel is deeply committed to community development and youth empowerment through sports and recreation. With over 10 years of experience in the sports industry, including his time as the Business Owner of The Athlete Academy, LLC, Cody brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for making a difference in the lives of young people within the community.
As the General Manager of Crown Sports Center, Cody leads a dedicated team focused on creating opportunities for local youth to grow, connect, and thrive. He works tirelessly to build programs that promote teamwork, healthy living, and personal development, all while fostering an environment where every individual feels valued and supported.
In his role, Cody oversees business development, manages event bookings, and works to ensure that Crown Sports Center continues to offer innovative programs that positively impact the surrounding community. His leadership is centered around creating a space where youth can engage in sports, wellness, and recreational activities, developing not only athletic skills but also character, leadership, and lifelong friendships.
Adam Manning
Director of Operations

As Director of Operations and Sports Director at Crown Sports Center, Adam Manning oversees the sports programming and facility operations, ensuring a top-tier experience for athletes and families alike.
Adam earned his bachelor’s degree from Salisbury University in Interdisciplinary Studies, focusing on Coaching and Sports Management. This educational foundation has equipped him with a deep understanding of the sport and the organizational skills to excel in his field. With over 20 years of experience in soccer coaching, Adam was previously the Goalkeeper Coach at Wesley College in Delaware, where he specialized in developing players’ skills and fostering a winning mindset. His dedication to the sport and ability to mentor athletes have made him a respected figure in the soccer community.
Adam lives in Fruitland, MD with his wife, Rachel, and their three sons, Reice, Caleb, and Christian. Family and soccer have always been at the heart of his life.
Mandy Schuyler
Childcare Manager

Mandy Schuyler is the Director of Childcare with extensive experience in nonprofit leadership. With a career spanning 28 years as the Executive Director of a nonprofit organization, Mandy has successfully overseen and implemented a wide range of programs, including sports, preschool, school-age, and seniors programs.
Her passion for children and their families is the driving force behind her work, as she is dedicated to creating supportive, enriching environments for children and their families. Mandy’s leadership and commitment to serving others have made a lasting impact in her community, building programs that promote growth, development, and well-being.
Marcus Wright
Food and Beverage/Family Entertainment Center Manager

Marcus Wright brings a passion for community engagement and over 15 years of leadership experience to his role as Food & Beverage/FEC Manager at Crown Sports Center. With a focus on creating memorable experiences for guests, Marcus oversees the operations of the café, concession stand, and family entertainment center, ensuring top-notch service and innovative offerings.
A Seaford native, Marcus combines his background in public service and program management with a love for hospitality and recreation. His dedication to teamwork and customer satisfaction helps make Crown Sports Center a hub for fun and connection in the community.
Chris Wright
Facilities Maintenance Manager

Chris Wright is a dedicated soccer player and coach with a passion for the sport that began in high school. Hailing from Ridgely, Maryland, Chris attended North Caroline High School, where he excelled on the soccer field. Following high school, Chris pursued his academic and athletic ambitions at Wesley College in Dover, Delaware, continuing to develop his skills and compete at a collegiate level.
Currently, Chris plays for the MASL2 team, the Salisbury Steaks, showcasing his talent and commitment to the game. In addition to competing, he also shares the love for soccer by coaching U16 and U18 travel soccer teams, helping to nurture the next generation of players. Chris is dedicated to fostering teamwork, sportsmanship, and a strong work ethic both on and off the field.
Kayla paugh
Marketing Manager

Kayla is the head of the Marketing department at Crown Sports Center, where she oversees the content creation for a wide variety of events and sports and implements marketing strategies for all departments. With several years of experience in the field, Kayla graduated from Wilmington University in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and certifications in Marketing Management and Digital Media.
Passionate about combining creativity with strategy, Kayla is dedicated to producing engaging content that connects with audiences and drives results. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new areas to travel, going to the beach and engaging in all forms of physical wellness like hiking, lifting and yoga.
Renee Stephens
Business Assistant

Renee Stephens is a skilled administrative assistant at Crown Sports Center, where she plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the facility. With her strong organizational skills and attention to detail, Renee efficiently manages day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling events, coordinating customer service, and maintaining records. Her ability to manage multiple responsibilities with professionalism allows the center to run efficiently and provide exceptional experiences for both participants and staff.
Renee is known for her friendly and approachable demeanor, helping to foster a welcoming atmosphere at Crown Sports Center. Whether handling inquiries, supporting the sports programs, or assisting with logistics, she consistently goes above and beyond to ensure the center’s operations run seamlessly.
Alex Armstrong
Director of Youth Sports

Alex Armstrong is the Director of Youth Soccer at Crown Sports Center with extensive coaching experience and a passion for developing young athletes. A US Soccer Licensed Coach and certified in Youth Talent Identification by the England FA, Alex brings over 10 years of experience coaching at the Travel and Academy levels in Virginia.
Alex played four years of college soccer at Ferrum College and has continued to play at the semi-professional level, combining a deep understanding of the game with a commitment to fostering talent and a love for the beautiful game.
