We have recently upgraded our Registration Management System to “DaySmart” Software. Look for the league or program you wish to register for click on “Register Online”. Please create a “New User” Account. Once that is complete, click register and select the program you wish to sign up for! Fill in the application with your complete information. Next, complete the credit card section for payment processing. Read and accept the online Registration Agreement. Submit the registration.

First Time Registering with our new “DaySmart” system?
Once you click on appropriate button, you will be taken to Crown’s Registration system. You will need to click on “New User” and create an account that will include yourself and family members when applicable.
Adding yourself to an existing team’s roster?
After clicking on the appropriate button, click “New User” and create an account. Click “Register” and select the appropriate league and division. Request to join the appropriate team. Your team Manager, Coach or Captain will accept you to the roster.
